So Tony did a special BBHJ show in Phoenix this past weekend... and it was a blast! (You can see about an hour of it on SuperBowl Sunday at noon Eastern)...



This helmet houses the head of the greatest guy to ever hop on a bike... Mat Hoffman...



Special surprise guest... BAM MARGERA... makes a new friend "Muscles" backstage at the show..



Novak and Muscles get into a HUGE argument backstage. One of them hits the floor. Take a wild guess. (BTW: Novak and Muscles are pals now)...


OK: So Bam NAILED the loop in practice... and Tony slammed. Bad. Hospital bad. Cracked his helmet in HALF bad!(But he still managed to pull off doing the show)

I'm only going to show you this as a warning. Don't freaking build a loop in your backyard. People get hurt BAD on that thing.

VEGAS and COLORADO

First stop on the massive road trip: VEGAS... Where Tony and Jesse did a show on a massive stage in front of a live audience at the Consumer Electronics Show...



Tom Green's flight was cancelled... So who was the special guest on the show? RAKE!



After that... Rake and I headed to Colorado. Copper Mountain to be exact. (A couple of hours outsie of Denver)

And Dunn made coffee.

Goin' back to BAM'S!

Dude.. It's like 6am on Sunday morning... and I can't sleep. As corny as it may sound, I'm jacked up thinking about heading back down to Bam's house tomorrow to do his radio show LIVE on Sirius!

We had such a blast doin' the show in Texas last week, and then we all walked over to some hotel bar across the street and closed the place down.

For those of you who are wondering... Bam and his crew really are the coolest, nicest and most insane people on this planet.

ME AND BAM HANG OUT!

I could write about a million words on the subject… But let’s just say this: I HUNG OUT WITH BAM ALL DAY. Ahhhh… That feels so good to say. I went down to West Chester, PA to check out the studio they’re building in Bam’s house for his new radio show… and eneded up hangin’ out with the whole crew! (And, yes… they are JUST LIKE THAT IN REAL LIFE! Just like on TV, somebody’s always hittin’ somebody in the balls.

Bam’s parents were the coolest. They gave me a bunch of candy bars to eat on the road back to NYC.


I spent most of the day in the PIRATE BAR downstairs.

SAN FRAN TRIP

I’m hangin’ out in San Fran for a couple of days. Stayin’ at the “rock” hotel called the Phoenix.


On one hand, all kinds of swanky people and rock stars gather around the pool every night… On the other hand, my room is kinda like a Holiday Inn circa 1972.

I did go downstairs for a little while and managed to run in to Olympic gold medalist Jonny Moseley! He was nice enough to let me take this snapshot for my blog. He said this is his “male model pose”. He was cool. I told him he should have his own show.


All the “maid trolleys” at the hotel are covered in stickers of bands that have stayed here. Obviously, I had to represent.


I was taking a shower this morning, when I noticed the “body wash” container. Now, I thought that French was supposed to be a beautiful language… But check this out: In America, we call it “body wash”. In France, it’s called “douche pour le corps”. I don’t know about you, but that’s got TWO words in it that makes me NOT wanna rub it on my body.

I got the assignment yesterday afternoon. “Meet Kerri Walsh in Santa Monica and take some pictures.”

I’ve had TWO MAJOR CELEBRITY SIGHTINGS IN THE PAST FEW DAYS!!! First, I saw that guy from the cell phone commercials that says “Can you hear me now?”. And then… just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… (drum roll)…..

SEATTLE

So… The reason I was at the airport, is ‘cause a friend of mine invited me up to Seattle for a couple of days. Turns out it was the ONE nice day of the whole year, and we had a blast! Went to a cool store called “Rock Memories” on 6th and Denny. Bad name for a store, but we got a bunch of great t-shirts and stickers and stuff. We also had some pretty good Thai food in the same area, but I was drunk at that point and forgot the name of the place.

Wasn’t it nice of Seattle to honor Kurt Cobain by erecting this GIANT NEEDLE?
